  1. True do, It's hard to find the right way to lose weight.
    I lost 22 KG in over a year, (i was just to heavy) not small now but trying to go for it.
    The best tip with losing weight that worked for me is.
    Go to the gym 2 a 3 times a week, when you do eat more then the other days (1400 a 1600 Cal) a men (1900 a 2100)
    And on the other days when you do almost nothing 1200 men (1700) and with work an ride the bike maby 1400 a 1300.
    Because youre body needs 1200 iv'e youre a woman a man 1700 even when you do nothing.
    You can't really lose weight with only that because it is important that you give youre body what it needs.
    So dark bread with cheese ore meat on it, a lot of low fat cottage cheese, fruits and vegetables.
    A litlebite of rice ore pasta aren't that bad but go for whole grain and not every day.
    drink enough water, and eat healthy with what youre body needs, also litle meals more times a day (6 a 8 times)
    That's a good dieet for me it dasn't go fast, but remember the faster you lose weight the faster you gain it!

  8. People need to stop feeling bad eating junk food. Just give in when you have cravings. Its really bad mentally to not give in to cravings. The reason we feel bad is because we have all been conditioned by the left wing media to basically eat rabbit food (more so called superfoods, quinoa, chia seeds, etc). So what if you binge eat chips and stuff 2 or 3 times, heck even maybe 4 times a week.. I rather live a life full of eating what I want rather than a long and miserable one counting calories and stuff. Heck, the amount of stress you'll build will probably lead to cancer. YES, stress CAN cause cancer guys. I know many people in their 60s , 70s, 80s, and they snack all the time and they are very happy. So you reach the ripe age of 102 cause you stuck to a strict diet. Congratulations!!, time to throw a party. But wait, where are your friends? Oo yeahh, they died 20 years ago because they lived a life eating what the hell they want and died happy. Now you're all alone, sad, cold, and miserable. So go ahead people, eat that snickers bar, dig into that bag of chips, cause life is way too short to concern yourself with these things. 🙂

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tried every single weight-loss system that was available, however eventually not one of them made it easier for me to shed and maintain the weight off.   22. You're description of what happens to you on a very low carb diet (i.e. HIGH FAT) is called the "Keto Flu" and at most lasts a week. It represents your body switching from carbs to fat as it's primary source of fuel.

    And if you still think saturated fat clogs your arteries and causes heart disease because of high cholesterol levels…well that's pseudoscience at it's best.

  23. Only time I've heard of the "cabbage soup diet" was with one of my friends in HS who was on the wrestling team and would go on it 2 weeks before any big events so she could make the lowest weight possible.

  26. Move and eat less. Have an apple or an banana if hungry, not a box of nuggets and a bottle of coke. People are lazy. Government should educate people and tell them all their skin is going to be stretched and saggy after weight loss, instead of telling them it will make you unhealthy.   35. Just live by the 80/20 rule. With 80% of your diet coming from whole food. Eating in a caloric deficit while having high levels of protein lead to a decrease in fat while keeping muscle levels optimal
