BY NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM AM I A DIETICIAN I’M SIMPLY A GIRL THAT TRIED SOMETHING AND IT WORKED FOR ME SO I’M SHARING IT WITH YOU♡♡♡ WE DESERVE TO FEEL GOOD NO MATTER WHAT OUR SHAPE IS….. MY MAIN FOCUS IS ON PEOPLE THAT WANT TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND DON’T KNOW WE’RE TO START….. ONCE YOU LOSE A GOOD STARTING WEIGHT IT’S MOTIVATION TO KEEP ON PROGRESSING

Navy Weight loss program
Day1.
Breakfast
. 1/2 grapefruit
. 1 slice of toast
. 2 tbls of peanut butter
. 1 cup of espresso or tea (black or inexperienced no sugar)

Lunch
.1/2 a cup of tuna
. 1 slice of toast
. 1 cup of espresso or tea

Dinner
. 3oz of meat
. 1 cup of inexperienced beans
. 1/2 banana
. 1 small apple
. 1 cup vanilla ice cream ;D

Day 2
breakfast
. 1 slice of bread
. 1 egg
. 1/2 banana (use the opposite half of the banana from the night time earlier than)

Lunch
. 1 cup of plain yogurt
. 1 arduous boiled egg
. 5 saltine crackers

Dinner
. 2 scorching canines (no bun)
. 1 cup of broccoli
. 1/2 a cup of carrots
. 1/2 banana
. 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Day three
Breakfast
.5 saltine crackers
. 1 slice of CHEDDAR cheese
. 1 SMALL apple

Lunch
.1 arduous boiled egg
.1 slice of toast

Dinner
.1 cup of tuna
. 1/2 a banana
. 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

1 pack of wheat bread
2 bananas
6 pack of eggs
1 jar or vanilla ice cream
2 SMALL purple apples
1 Frozen bag of broccoli florets
1 frozen bag of carrots
1 pack of scorching canines (if I have been you I might select Oscar myers all beef)
1 field of saltine crackers
1 6oz of CHEDDAR cheese
2 Small cans of tuna
1 small cup of plain yogurt
1 jar of peanut butter
Pack of espresso or tea ( ideally inexperienced )
