Straightforward Turkey Pot Pie

2 tbsp butter
1 yellow onion, minced
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp recent thyme leaves
1 tsp chopped sage leaves
2 cups leftover cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
three tbsp flour
½ cup hen broth
1 cup milk
1 pre made puff pastry sheet
1 egg, crushed for egg wash
Salt and pepper to style

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Soften butter in a big skillet over medium-high warmth. Add onions and cook dinner, stirring, till translucent, about 2 minutes. Add celery and garlic and cook dinner for an additional minute. Cut back warmth to medium-low and add flour. Cook dinner, stirring, for an additional minute. Slowly stir within the hen broth and milk. Season with thyme, sage, salt and pepper. Stir in turkey and frozen peas and carrots. Cook dinner till heated via. Turkey Brie Cranberry Kale Salad
three tbsp cranberry sauce
three tbsp olive oil + 1 tsp to therapeutic massage kale

6 cups chopped kale
